1. The service
GetRaceReady generates and manages triathlon training plans. It is a planning tool. It is not coaching, and it is not a medical service.
2. Health and safety
Training carries risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether a session is appropriate for you on the day, for training within your ability, and for following the guidance on our safety page. Seek medical advice before starting or significantly increasing training.
3. Your account
You must be 16 or over, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Subscription, trial and payment
- The subscription costs £10.00 per month in pounds sterling.
- The 7-day trial requires valid card details. No payment is taken during the trial; the first payment is taken on day 8 unless you cancel first.
- Payments then recur monthly on the same date until you cancel.
- Cancelling stops future payments and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.
5. Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute generated plans commercially, attempt to breach the service or other users' data, or upload unlawful content.
6. Intellectual property
We own the software, imagery and plan templates. Your training data remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.
7. Availability
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change features over time.
8. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time — see data deletion. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
