Deleting your data

Your training data is yours. Here is exactly how to remove part of it or all of it.

Delete a single plan

Open Training plan and regenerate or remove the plan. Regenerating replaces every session in the old plan.

Disconnect Strava

In Profile, disconnect Strava. This deletes the stored access and refresh tokens immediately. Activities already imported stay until you delete your account, so your load history remains intact; ask us if you want them removed separately.

Withdraw cycle-tracking consent

Turn the optional menstrual-cycle features off in your profile. The stored cycle data is deleted when consent is withdrawn.

Delete your whole account

Email support@getraceready.co.uk from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request, cancel any active subscription and permanently delete your profile, plans, sessions, imported activities and Strava tokens.

Timescales

  • We acknowledge deletion requests within two working days.
  • Deletion completes within 30 days, and usually far sooner.
  • Backups are rotated out within a further 30 days.
  • Limited billing records are retained where UK law requires it. They contain no training or health data.

Getting a copy first

Ask for an export before you delete and we will send your profile, plans, sessions and activities in a machine-readable format.
